Window Balance Replacement

Hello,
I need some help finding the type of window balance to purchase to replace damaged window balances for a double hung sash window. Sash weight is 20 lbs, photos attached.

Hello there!

We don't sell an exact match for this pivot shoe, I'm afraid. The best option in our inventory appears to be the Series 140 but I recommend you compare our dimensions with yours to make sure they're the same. Can you also show us a photo of an undamaged pivot bar removed from the sash? I just want to make confirm if it will be compatible with the Series 140.

Thanks for getting back to me! It looks like you have the 26-449 pivot bar which is compatible with the S140. If you have any questions just let us know!
