I dont see any markings. Is there a product that can replace this window balance? Only the grey part is damaged. The window relies soley on this piece to go up and down. Thank you.

Hello there. This looks like the 15-177 Pivot Shoe. It works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let us know if you have inquiries.
