Window Balance Shoe

Need window balance shoes and suitable rails as shown per the attached picture

I believe the balance shoe you have is our 15-104 (check size to be sure) but as far as the rails, I doubt we sell them.
If you mean the side "jambs" inside of which the spring and this friction shoe run up and down, we can't supply them. To get those, you need to remove one jamb liner and both sashes, and take them to a millwork, where they can customize a liner for you.
