Window Balance Stamp

A quick learner from Wesley Chapel Florida says:
My balance has the stamp "28D USB" on it. It does not match an option. Any help would be appreciated.

Bob from SWISCO responded:

I see you were looking at the S380-29. For a 1/2" Non-Tilt Window Channel Balances like this, a stamp code of 28D correlates with our stamp option of 2840 (e.g., 28A=2810, 28B=2820, 28C=2830, so forth...). Let me know if you have any other questions.
