Hello!
I have a Silverline F3 series single hung vinyl window. The window does not stay up. I am sending you a photo of the original set up for the window balances. The 2nd piece from the top is marked 14 (It had a coil in it so there were a total of 2 coils for each side of the window.) Do you have anything that can duplicate this system? If not, what would you suggest? Thanks so much.

Hello! We can definitely supply the components for this balance assembly. See our 15-228 pivot shoe, Series 160 coil spring, and 15-150D double spring cover.
One thing to note is that the Series 160 spring is 1/2" thick. If yours is smaller, just let me know and I'd be happy to find something better.
