Window Balance repair

Hey there. I have a couple of balances that broke. The building is about 15+ years old. The balance just says 34c and in smaller letters BSI TT. I've attached pictures. These balances have grooves at the bottom at the shoe, that your offered balances do not have. Will your balances work, or do I need a special shoe to fit these?

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for this balance but I'll need to see a photo of the shoe at the bottom of the balance to confirm the best possible replacement. This is likely still connected to the bottom of the sash, in the window channel.

Hey Jasmine, thank you for responding. I believe the 15-236 shoe you have is what replaces this.

Yes, the 15-236 should work to replace the shoes. If the balance itself is broken, you'll need to replace the entire channel; ours would not be compatible with this T-lock shoe style.
Our Series 795 Channel Balance uses the 15-195 1-1/4" T-Lock shoe.
