Window Balance replacement

Hey Waren. It's a bit tough to make out the end attachments in these photos. I believe the top attachment has 'wings', or side tabs, but the bottom fitting does not. Is that accurate? Does the bottom fitting, or shoe, match what is shown below? Note the depth (the measurement from heel-to-toe):

If so, then I think this is an S395-33 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 3230. Let me know if you have further questions. 

Thanks for the extra information, Warren. As long as the bottom fitting is 1-1/8" deep then the Series 395 should be a winner!

As for the stamp, I'm still leaning towards the 3230 based on your original, but I do recommend weighing your sash on a scale to verify. I won't lie, I've never seen that "0614" marking before and I can't tell you if it's relevant or not. Weighing your sash and referring to the chart on the S395-33 store page will confirm that beyond any shadow of a doubt.
