Window Balance replacement

I need a window balance similar to the 390 series, 2820 which is 29" long with one exception to the 390. My shoe depth is 1 3/16".

Can I get a similar assembly with a 15-003 shoe installed?

I would want a quantity of 2 balances and two take out clips (16-002).
