We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need a bit more information to narrow down your options. If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. I have replaced these before on other homes and it was a standard one we ordered from you.  These are builder grade windows so nothing special in there.

I see that you've purchased a few different balance series from us in the past but that doesn't necessarily mean they were the correct replacements. Seeing the spring and pulley connection would be the only way for us to be sure that you purchase the correct replacement. 

With this combination of attachments, our closest stock options would be the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

You'll also need 2530 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
