If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. I see that you've purchased a few different balance series from us in the past but that doesn't necessarily mean they were the correct replacements. Seeing the spring and pulley connection would be the only way for us to be sure that you purchase the correct replacement.
With this combination of attachments, our closest stock options would be the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
