Hm... I can't identify your balance for sure without seeing photos of both ends, but I can tell you a little bit based on your stamp. "36 9" usually refers to a 37" balance with a "3690" stamp option. You can try to identify your Series based on our channel balance guide. If you know the Series, length, and stamp, you are safe to place an order.
