Window Balancer Product Identification

Question

Hi, if someone could review the attached photos and advise me as to the best replacement product you offer it would be greatly appreciated. I will need a pair for 1 window. Thanks !

Thanks for posting. This might be an S380-29 Channel Balance, with a stamp option of 2830. However, measure the depth of that bottom nylon attachment, or the shoe. The depth is the measurement from 'heel-to-toe' on the shoe. See the illustration below for reference. The Series 380 balance has a shoe depth of 1". If yours proves to be less, please let me know before proceeding.
