The measured length of the metal part is 24-inches and the width is 1/2 - inch for a non-tile window. Just not sure what style number to get (s380, S380, S395 or some other model).

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you measure the bottom shoe and tell us the depth? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thank you for the additional photos! Your balance appears to match the S380-24 or S385-24 with the 2350 stamp option. The difference between the two is the depth of the bottom shoe. Take a look at the photo below and see which is the best match.
