metal is 32 inches with plastic parts its 33 inches the channel is 1/2 wide. Hi i want to be sure i get the right ones. Not sure if there is left and right. i need two please. also do you have a vidio link to forward for instalation?

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S380-32 or S385-32 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. See the videos on this page that explain how to install. Let us know if you have questions.
