Window Balances

Question

Need help identifying and ordering replacements for these balances. Total of 30 3/4" long, shoe is approximately 7/8' wide. Has a hook on the top string that goes into a notch at the top of the side jamb.

Hi there! This looks like a match for our Series 795, but you mentioned that yours has a hook at the top. That means this has to be a custom order. You also said that the shoe with is 7/8" but I would like you to confirm that. The only two sizes made were 1" and 1-1/4".

We can custom make a balance to fit these specifications but I would like you to clear up that shoe size first. I will also need to know how many you needed to buy altogether. Finally, please confirm that the length of the metal channel is 30" long. You don't want to measure the whole thing, just the metal channel.
