Window Balances

Thanks for posting. Do these nylon attachments have 'wings', such as our 15-004 or 19-005? It's a little hard to tell from these photos, so I just want to be sure before I recommend anything. Let us know, or show us pictures from other angles, and we will be able to better identify the type of balance you have. 

Also, can you confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments? And can you show us any stamped number on the metal channel? That way we'll have all the information you need. Thanks.

OK Thanks for this information. If you want to be safe, you can check the other channel balance from the same window to see if it's bottom shoe also lacks wings. If so, then check out our Series 395 Channel Balances. You will need the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments, to know which length to select. If there is a stamp number on the metal channel, you will need to match that with the stamp options listed on the product page. Let us know if you have any questions.
