Based on your photos, you have either our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.

Thanks for confirming. If your bottom shoe is less than 1", then that means your balance will have to be custom made. Basically it would be the same as the Series 380 but we'd swap the bottom shoe out for the 7/8" deep 15-029.

Thank you. I need 6 and some type of orderlies lubricant so my wife can easily open these window around the house. After I install these 6; will be inspecting my other windows. THANK YOU AGAIN

Thanks, I'll send that to you right now. For lubricant, I recommend silicone spray, which you can pick up at any local hardware store.
