This appears to be a typical tilt window spiral balance, so you only have two options for that: the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. You need to measure the diameter of the outer tube on your original balance to determine the correct size.

There are potentially a million different possible options for the shoe. In order to ID a match, I need you to shoe me an unobstructed photo of it. I will also need to know its width and thickness. Removal of the shoe will likely be necessary to get accurate measurements.

You also mentioned a pin, but I don't see that in your photos. We need to see a clear and unobstructed photo of each part you want to replace. Removal prior to taking your photos would be preferred. Figure that the less of the part we can see, the less likely we are to be able to help you.

Spiral Tilt Balance with Red tip - Series #600 (?) 36" x 9/16
Shoe is approximately 2" x 1-1/4" x 1/2"   - Photo of broken shoe attached with ruler shown
Not sure what exactly a pin is but don't think I need it.

These photos showing the top and back of the shoes are additional for my previous notes sent earlier this afternoon.

Thanks! That's a huge help. Based on the design of the shoe and its size, I believe our 15-046 is what you want. This also measures 1-1/4" x 1/2" and should be compatible with all the same hardware.

Thank you!!
