Window Balances hekp

Question

I am having issues with getting my windows to close all the way so my lock will line up. Please help me Identify the correct window balances. Only marks are 33D and the images attached.

We can help replace this balance, though it will need to be specially made. It would be our S795-33, but with the top screw tab swapped out for our 15-198 hook. Before we go any further, can you tell me how many you need? Your post implied you might have more than one window. Once I know that, I'll email you a special balance order link and price quote.
