Would you be referring to the pivot shoe? That's the white rectangular part in your fourth photo.

We sell a ton of these. If you needed to replace it, however, we would require additional photos to narrow it down. At minimum we'll require a photo of it removed from the window, as well as its width and thickness written out in your response for us to review. Let me know if you can provide that data and we can work from there.
