Window Ballance and bottom piece

Would you be referring to the pivot shoe? That's the white rectangular part in your fourth photo.

We sell a ton of these. If you needed to replace it, however, we would require additional photos to narrow it down. At minimum we'll require a photo of it removed from the window, as well as its width and thickness written out in your response for us to review. Let me know if you can provide that data and we can work from there.

There are an absolute ton of different shoes this might be. You can see our full selection here. My best guess at this stage is the 15-015, 15-046, 15-047, 15-118, and 15-121. But these are guesses. You could also have something entirely different. You're not going to know until you remove it and measure. That's just the way it is.

There should be a cutout at the top of the track that allows for removal. If not, you'll need to make your own cutout. The video below will explain how this is done. If you plan on repairing a lot of these then you could also consider jamb spreaders, which are a little easier to work with but are a greater investment. See our 75-069.
