Window Blance

Question

I have a window channel balance that is marked 28C. The channel measures 9/16" which I believe is the 1/2" channel you sell. The metal part of the balance measures to be 29". It appears to have the 19-005 and 15-005 ends on it. Can you please suggest the stamp that I need?

Sure! On this kind of balance, a stamp of 28C often corresponds to our 2830 option. However, I recommend that you weigh your window sash just in case. We have a list of all options for the S380-29 and how much weigh each option can support, so you can cross reference your sash weight there.
