Window Broken - Alside Window

Home Owner from Cleveland Ohio
The window will not stay up. Both side appear to be broken.
Thanks in advance.

It looks like you need a new pivot bar. Before I recommend anything, can you show me an undamaged version of this part? That will help me track down a good replacement.

Well, I opened another window to get a photo and that window broke as well, in the same place. Is there any way to use the existing photo or guess? I don't want to break any more windows.

That's definitely a problem. We can try to work backwards from your pivot shoe, which looks like a match for our 15-177. I can tell you that a popular pivot bar purchased by other people who have this shoe is the 26-226. Start by comparing this to your original to ensure that everything matches up, especially the hole spacing.
