Window Channel

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances needed to complete your window repairs. Although, to be absolutely sure I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed from the window.

I am specifically looking to see clear photos of both the top and bottom plastic attachments. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the weight of the sash. Unfortunately, we cannot narrow down the series balance you need from the stamp.

Thanks for confirming the length and for the photos. Your channel balance appears to be the Series 395 Balance with a winged top and wingless bottom shoe. Since your channel measures 30", you'll need the S395-30. You'll need to select the 2950 stamp option.
