Window channel balance for a NON tilting window, felt out of the window, could not find any numbers or markings

Hey, Bjoern! Welcome to SWISCO. Check out the similar-looking Series 351 and Series 390 balances. One of the two should match yours. Measure the bottom attachment to see which you need. Series 351 uses the 1" shoe shown below, and Series 390 uses the 1-1/8" shoe. Measure your metal channel length to get the balance length, and weigh your window sash to choose a weight option before ordering online.

Awesome thanks. It is the 21" SERIES 390 CHANNEL BALANCE. Would you also recommend to change any other parts? I saw on the sidebar several related items.

S390-21. Great!

If the 16-002 clips are in good shape, you shouldn't need anything else. If you see any broken or aged parts, you can consider replacing them. Show me if you need any other parts IDed.
