Window Channel Balance

Question

We are trying the determine the correct sized part.  It is a Paramount window and the markings on the channel balance are 25-3 E15 CMC 50.  We think it measures 1/2" wide and 26" long but are having a hard determining what part that equates to on your website.  Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting. See our S380-26 or S385-26 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamped number of 25-3 conforms to our stamp option of 2530, for a window sash in the weight range of 15 through 19 lbs.
