Window Channel Balance

I am looking to replace the Channel Balance in all my windows and would like some help in identifying the correct part. From your website I believe the correct part I need is a 35" Series 395 but I cannot determine the weight of balance I need. The existing part has the numbers shown on the attached photo. Do you recognise these numbers?

With a channel balance stamped "34 5", you would go with our 3450 option that holds a sash weight of 30-34 pounds.
