Window Channel Balance

Question

It appears a window channel balance has broken. After looking at your web site I believe the 28" S795 option D might resolve my broken channel balance. I have included pictures showing the non-function channel balance for your review. The only stamp on it is 10/15/03 Unigue Balance 27D.

However, you may want to weigh the window sash on a scale to confirm it falls within the 23 to 28 pound weight range. A pair of balances with the 28D stamp option can support a sash weighing within this weight range.
