Window Channel Balance

Question

I had a balance break on one of my windows. Hopefully the photos provided will help identify specific balance so I can replace them. The existing balance is marked on the channel 31 5 HU CMC 2

Any help or guidance regarding which balance to order would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-32 or S385-32 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel-to-toe'. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3150.
