Window Channel Balance

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this but I'd like to clear up a few details. The bottom shoe in your first photo has wings but the balances' shoes in the last photo are wingless. Can you confirm if yours has wings or not? It'd be best if we could see up close photos of the top and bottom fittings on this balance.

We have the 16-002 take out clip but you mention yours are plastic so we aren't sure they'd work for you. Can we see a photo of the original? We just want to make sure we're getting you the right parts for the job.

Lastly, we're happy to help with the top sash guides but we'll have to see an undamaged version removed from the window. We specifically would like to see the front and the side of the guide. 

If the top and bottom balance fittings are wingless, see the S351-24 or S390-24 with the 2320 stamp option. The difference between these two Series is the depth of the bottom shoe as shown below. You can place an order for these right on our website at your convenience.

However, in the photo you've given here, there is a blue clip that connects the spring to the pulley mechanism. If your original balance has this same clip, the Series 351 and Series 390 will not work for you. That clip is very special and none of our stock balances have it so this would have to be a custom order if your balance indeed has it. Just something to keep in mind.
