Please let me know the matching replacement Swisco channel balance to order. Thank you!

This one's a bit weird. Looks like someone had a 27" long balance, then cut it down to 23". However, a stamp of "23C" is more commonly used on 24" long balances, not 23". I recommend looking at our S390-23 channel balance, then weighing your sash on a scale to confirm the best option.
