Hello,
I am trying to replace the window channel balances on both sides with writing 25 3 DU CMC 2, but i don't know how that correlates to the parts listed here.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

That isn't a part number or anything, it only indicates the spring strength calibration. You won't find a number that tells you what you have, the only way to know that is by comparing physical details. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.

Thanks for the response, Tom.
I followed the steps and i think i've narrowed the channel balance down to 2 models, 380 or 385. They both look very similar. Could you tell me the differences in the 2 models?

Sure! The only difference is the depth of their respective shoes; that is, the "heel-to-toe" measurement. The Series 380 comes with the 15-005, which has a 1" depth, and the Series 385 comes with the 15-004, which is a 1-3/32" depth. You'll need to measure your own shoe to determine which is closer. When measuring, make sure to account for wear. In other words, keep in mind that your shoe's depth may be a little less than it was when it was brand new.
