Window Channel Balance Replacement

Question

Hi,

We are trying to replace the channel balances on of our two windows. Our handyman helped us in taking the broken originals out for these pictures but he replaced them to keep the windows stable. Followed the directions in your video about the pictures required and are attaching five of them (also have additional pictures available). As for the length of the metal portion, it's 21 & 1/8 inches long.

Thanks for reaching out! It appears you have either the S380-21 or the S385-21 channel balance with a 2040 stamp. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the dimensions for the depth of your bottom shoe. It should be 1" or 1-3/32".
