Window Channel Balance Replacements

I have a number of channel balances I need to replace. The number stamped on it is 2730. What replacement parts do I need?

That stamp, 2730, corresponds to the "option" of the balance. In order to identify your balance, you need to either follow our channel balance ID guide or send us photos of both ends of your balance, along with the length of the metal channel. Once you identify the Series and length, you can place an order online.

Thanks for your reply. The length is 28" and the width id 1/2" From the guide it looks like I either S380 or S385 but I can't tell the difference between these two.

The only difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the depth of the bottom shoe. We show detailed dimensions in each case you can use as a reference. You will have to measure your own shoe and refer to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
