Simonton Coil Channel Balancer - see attached photographs and manufacture's information tag for specifications.

Need to repair 4-5 windows relatively soon because I'm sellingthe house. Each window is missing this part either left or right side. Does this matter?

Spoke with a young man named Chris - he was very helpful and encouraging that Swisco could assist.

Hi there Patrick.

The 15-205 triple support comes to mind. This is designed to be used with 3/8" S165 coil springs. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

Hi Emily,

Thanks for you help up to now - really appreciate it. I was happy to receive the restock notification also. But before I submit an order, Would I also need to get Pivot Shoe devices? If yes, How can be certain I'm ordering right type and size?

I'm happy to help! You can re-use your old pivot shoe if it's in good shape. I'd recommend you inspect yours to confirm. I'd also be happy to help ID your pivot shoe but I would have to see a photo of it. It being removed from the window would be ideal since the window track tends to obscure the details.
