Window Channel Balancers

Hello,

I have 3 windows were 1 of the 2 channel balancers broke. I am looking to replace them but having a hard time matching them to find the right replacements. Two are on the same sized window but one is on a thinner but taller window. All three are identical top and bottom with the same 'hook' on the backside that is in the 'string' mechanism. Attached are the pictures of the broken channel balance I removed (though some pics are of the markings on the working channel balance). Please let me know if you are able to help me replace these. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. I have more pictures if needed, was limited to 5 I could upload. Thank you!!

Thank you for the info! I measured and they are 1 3/32so looks like I will need the S385. You mention needing a 2650 spring, is this something separate I need to purchase or when I click the 33" Series 385 Channel Balance is that included as part of it? On the channel balance replacement is this only 1 or are they sold in a pair?

Additionally I noticed multiple guide clips in the window frame, you 'pop' these out to stop the channel balance, have broken. Do you sell these as well? I have attached some picks of one the came out. Thank you!!
