Window Channel Balances

Handy Person from Venice, Florida

Photos show length of 37", back is 1/2", side is 5/8" approximately!

Stamped on channel is number "3650". Note end pieces similar to your Series 350, 380, and 385. If tighter measure needed let me know. I have your install guide from your web site. Additional instructions might be helpful.

I want two items for both sides of window.

Look forward to your response.

Thank you,

Michael

Hey Michael. This looks like either an S380-37 or S385-37. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3650. See this article here for more information about non-tilt window channel balances.

Great information. Now I know what "3650" represents.
The top attachment matches 19-005, but the shoe attachment measures a depth of 7/8". I found this item as model 15-029 in your displays, but I could not match 15-029 to a Series.
So, I need the Stamp option 3650, top attachment 19-005 and the shoe attachment 15-029. Length 37" of course. I need two.
Pic of my shoe attachment attached for you.

Thanks, let me know my next step.

Hey Mike. If the bottom shoe is 7/8" deep, you're right, you're going to need balances with our 15-029 attached. This is not something one of our standard Series balances has, but we can custom build it for you. How many of these balances do you need? From there, I'll send you an email with a quote attached.

I want full fresh replacement. So I need 2 units.
Thanks,

Mike, I just shot you an email with a custom link enclosed to order (2) of these 37" balances, stamped 3650, and with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached. Let me know if you have any other questions prior to ordering. Many thanks.
