Window Channel Ballance

A landlord from Lehigh Acres, Florida says:
I have a window channel balance that has the following stamped on the Channel, UB 28 D. The unit measures 29 inches long and is 5/16 wide. I am not sure what top and bottom styles to order. I have enclosed a photo of each for your review. The window is non tilting and has impact resistant glass. I will need four sets of channel balances. Can you advise?

Please note the measurement width should read 9/16. I messed up on the original post. Sorry for the confusion!

Hello again! Based on these pictures, I would recommend our S380-29 channel balance. I would also recommend our 2840 option, though you can always weigh your sash to confirm.
