I have searched your site and have been unable to find the correct replacement part for my windows. I have several of these pieces that have broken, and I am reluctant to open windows for fear of having more of them break. There are no markings to be found on the broken pieces, though the channel balances bear the number 2620.

Please take a look at our 18-044 Top Sash Guide, which appears to be the closest match.
As for the balance, one possibility is our S351-27, which offers a 2620 option. If you were to confirm the length of the channel, we would be more certain. Or, if you're still unsure, you may remove your balance from the window and submit to us a picture.
