I removed the channel. The number is stamped on it is 2740. The channel measures 28" long. Can you help me identify the right replacement parts.

Hi, Our windows are BFS (Builders FirstSupply). The top black piece popped this morning and fell to pieces. It is the left channel.
I removed the channel. The number is stamped on it is 2740. The channel measures 28" long. Can you help me identify the right replacement parts.

Here's a better picture of the top black plastic piece. The top measures a little over 1" x 7/8". As I said in the earlier post, this shattered so I may not have all the pieces. Hope this helps.

Thanks for posting. Your top sash guide resembles our 18-174, but just make sure the dimensions match. I'm not sure about the balance. The Series 395 may be a match, but it would come down to the nylon caps on either end. I'm afraid I can't quite make yours out.
