Window Channel counterbalance springs

The attached show pictures of the plastic channel guides for my 30 year old double hung wood windows (brand unknown). I have several windows for which the bottom half of the small blue receptacle, which is intended to accept a metal pin on the window via a small hole in the receptacle, have snapped off. Are similar replacements for the spring and receptacle available, or does the entire channel mechanism need to be replaced?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-104. This friction shoe reminds me of your old one. Review the specifications and see if they match what you need.
Unfortunately, we don't sell replacements for the balance springs. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
