Can you help with this window?

I spoke with Darren on the phone - WHAT A NICE GUY!! he's a keeper!

Hi, Sandy!

We can help but we'll need you to remove an undamaged balance with the end attachments intact to compare to our inventory.

Take a look at the video below, it will show you everything we need to see.

I'm afraid we'll still need to see the end fittings intact, it looks like yours are missing. Once we have that we can go from there!

Hi, Sandy.

I still don't see your end fittings. When you pulled out your channel balance was there any pieces attached to the ends? They might have fallen off. Without seeing those end fittings we won't be able to provide an identification.

However, your channel balance resembles our S795. We can't promise that this is what you need as we have not seen your end fittings yet.

If you have any further questions just let us know!

Hi Again,
well, for the top part...there weren't any pieces. I'm attaching a photo that shows the hole from the one we took off and one that's still in the whole. I have NO IDEA how it sticks in there. As for the other end, if there was something attached...it fell down into the gap when I broke the stupid things trying to open my window. I don't know what else to do. Seems like if there was something attached, it would be there someplace! HELP HELP HELP. I'm so bummed. I can't open the window to clean it and it's getting green and moldy!

Our guess is still the S795 but we can't confirm that's what you have until we see an undamaged balance with both end fittings intact.

The end fittings are crucial when it comes to providing an identification, I'm afraid we won't be able to help until we see that.
