Window Channel replacement

Question

I lifted on of my windows and channel system broke. I check the rest of the windows and 5 windows do not function properly. I will need 10 windows channels

Your balance looks compatible to our Series 395. This balance includes a 19-005 balance top and 15-001 bottom balance. Compare our nylon fittings to ours to see if you agree. You want to measure your balance from metal to metal excluding the nylon fittings. It should measure 28". Could you confirm? If so, then you can go with the S395-28. If everything looks good then you can go with the 2730 option that supports a sash weight of 13-19 pounds.
