Window Coil Balance #1

There are three set of numbers on the balance.
Patent # 6,378,169
One of the coils has 5FF and the other coil has 6FF.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out! Your coils balance assembly looks a lot like the Series 140 Quick-Tilt balance. Since your springs are stamped with a 5 and 6, you'll need the S140-11. I am confident this is the right replacement for your balances but compare the dimensions below to ensure it will fit in the channel.
