Window Coil Balance Replacement Parts

Question

Thank you for your help. This is the lower sash of a double-hung window. The sash weighs 14.6 lbs. I need to replace the pivot bars, the coil balances, the pivot shoes, and the holder for the coil balance. The number 4 is on the plastic pieces for both the coil balance holder and the pivot shoe (there are four printed number 4s total, one on each), so my guess is that I need two sets of four lb. coils. Can you help me identify which parts would be best?

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed but your photos resemble the 15-087 housing pivot, which uses the Series 180 coil springs and 15-086 tandem housing. Take a look and compare the specifications below and the accessories related on our product pages to yours. We'll also include a diagram showing the configuration of this assembly.

We sell a pivot bar case similar to yours, the 26-382S, but ours might be a bit longer. The 26-382S remains our closest possible option but we can't guarantee it will work if the dimensions don't match.
