I'm starting to find these two types of balances failing in my subdivision so I've been asked to locate replacements. The windows are 14 year old vinyl tilt with some having single coil and others are the double. So far all the windows weight 25 lbs. I also included pictures of what I think are your replacements.

Sure, we can definitely replace this. See our 15-180 shoe, Series 190 spring, 15-182 barrel, and then either the 15-181 or 15-186 clip depending on how many springs you have.
You'll want to go by the old stamp when determining what replacement Series 190 to use, but assuming all your windows are 25 pounds and use two springs on each side, I think our S190-640 will work. Each spring carries 6 pounds, so two on each side will have 24 pounds of support. I think that will be sufficient, but you could also go up to S190-740. Four of these will have 28 pounds of support, which may be a bit too strong but could also work. That's why we recommend going with your original stamp just to be safe.
