Window Coil balance part identification

Hi Ihave no idea of my broken window coil spring balance parts, wondering if I got right parts I need, I could replace myself. please have me your help with my broken coil spring part which I have attached photos.On the both plastic shoe (left and right) I have seen printed letter (PAT5,353,548) and hand written marker (20).
My sash weight is 27 lbs and size is (39 in width x 29 1/2 in height). Also I have posted the order request form on your web page with my same email. Thanks in advance,
Have any suggestion for different balance method which could better applicable with my window/sash.Thanks in advance

Thanks for posting! It is typically recommended to replace the hardware in the window with its direct replacement. We do not have any other recommendations we could give that would be better than what was made for the window, unfortunately.

Your coil balance housing looks similar to our 15-087 coil housing pivot. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to those shown below to determine if this is the correct replacement. I am confident these are the replacement you'll need.

The coil housing pivot is compatible with the Series 180 coil balance spring. To determine which spring is needed for your housing, you'll need to look for any stamps/marking on the metal coil. If there are no stamps/markings or they cannot be read and/or cross-referenced, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. Then you'll take the sash weight and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.

The metal mounting bracket that secures the coil in the window channel is part 16-024.
