Window Coil replacement

I'm looking for coil/balancer and/or any other parts associated or needed for this repair.

We believe your Simonton window uses a 15-191 pivot shoe with the 3/8" Series 165 coil spring. The cover looks like a triple support like our 15-205. Please compare this hardware to yours and let me know what you think.
