Thanks for writing in. It looks like you have either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 2640 stamp for a 19 to 26lb window. The take out clip is part 16-002.

Thanks Jasmine,
Ive measured this shoe about ten different ways and its neither 1" deep or 1 3/32" deep. As close as I can tell it is 1- 1/16" deep.
Thanks

Jasmine from SWISCO responded:

If you are getting the 1-1/16" measurement it is likely the shoe is worn down due to the friction applied to it opening and closing the window. The S385-27 should be the balance you need.

A home owner from Santa Clarita California says:
That makes perfect sense. Thank you so much!

Hello,
Im looking for this plastic part in the photos. It is screwed to the window itself and it is what engages with the balance. Trying to identify the part.
My balance is a S-385-27
Thank you
Brian

We do not carry an exact match for your top sash guides but our 18-188 is worth considering as a replacement. We've recommended this to many other customers and it has worked well as a replacement. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing top sash guide to confirm the measurements.
