I'm confident we can replace this, but I cannot determine what you have from this picture. Can you show me a photo of the complete operator in one shot, including the arm? Can you also tell me the length of the arm? Thanks!

The closest we've been able to find is our 39-027E, though this has a 9-1/2" arm. I would check the way we measure our arm to see if it can work for you; we measure from the center of the wheel bearing to the center of the gear.
