Window Crank

Contractor from Chicago area
Hi,

I've got a customer that has sent me this photo for a casement operator to be replaced. I haven't taken the measurements yet, but I thought I'd check to see if the photo with the logo would be sufficient to find a suitable replacement.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for posting, Andy. It appears the worm gear that the handle connects to has fallen apart. When this happens, it's a sure sign that the entire operator needs to be replaced. We can help you do this, but we'll need to see the entire operator out of the window, or at least with the window open, so we have a clear view of the link arm(s). From there, we'll do our best to see what matches best. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. Check out our 39-031 and 39-032, or our 39-155 and 39-156. There are just slight differences in the dimensions of the link arms with both sets of operators, so compare them with your old hardware to see what matches best. Let me know what you find.
