Hi,
I've got a customer that has sent me this photo for a casement operator to be replaced. I haven't taken the measurements yet, but I thought I'd check to see if the photo with the logo would be sufficient to find a suitable replacement.
Thanks in advance.
Andy

Thanks for posting, Andy. It appears the worm gear that the handle connects to has fallen apart. When this happens, it's a sure sign that the entire operator needs to be replaced. We can help you do this, but we'll need to see the entire operator out of the window, or at least with the window open, so we have a clear view of the link arm(s). From there, we'll do our best to see what matches best. Many thanks.
