Thanks for posting. From what I can make out, the operator does not look to be an Andersen part. This looks more like the 39-031 and 39-032, or the 39-155 and 39-156. The difference between these two sets of operators is the length of the link arms. See the diagrams below for reference.

In either case, for new covers or handles, choose the 39-114L and 39-107. If you need new stud brackets, compare yours with our selection here.
